Hearthline is an automation product from Rashid LLC aimed at home-service businesses — trades, maintenance and field service companies where the owner is on a job when the phone rings.
It answers and qualifies inbound enquiries, captures job details, and puts them into the business's booking process instead of leaving them on voicemail.
For a home-service business, an unanswered enquiry is usually a lost job — the caller moves to the next result. But the people best placed to answer are the ones out doing the work.
Existing answering services are expensive and generic; they take a message without capturing the details needed to actually schedule and price a job.
A conversational intake flow that answers enquiries, asks the qualifying questions a dispatcher would ask, and records structured job details rather than free-form notes.
Qualified enquiries are routed into the business's existing scheduling and follow-up process, with the owner notified immediately for anything urgent.
Every conversation is transcribed and reviewable, so the business keeps oversight of what was said on its behalf.
